A new, more intuitive digital banking experience is on the way! We are launching a brand new online and mobile banking system this fall. To ensure a smooth transition to this upgraded finance management tool, take a moment to complete a few simple tasks in your current online banking profile.

  1. Update your contact details (email, phone number, address)
  2. Make sure you know your login credentials – If you don’t, give us a call and we can help you get things up to date.
  3. Schedule your payments ahead of time – During our upgrade there will be a brief window of downtime for initiating new payments, so schedule your monthly payments to automatically come out.

The new mobile banking app

Our mobile banking app is also getting an update! Once the new system is live this fall, you can access the Perennial Bank mobile banking app in two ways:

1. Through Our Current Mobile Banking App

When you open our current app on or after the launch date, you will be redirected to download the new app. Once downloaded, login with your existing User ID and Password, then delete the old app.

2. Direct Download

Search for “Perennial Bank” in your device’s app store and download the new app. Login with your existing User ID and Password, as noted above. Once you’ve downloaded the new app, please delete the old one.

NOTE: If you previously used biometrics to log in, you will need to reestablish this feature within the new app.
