Jim Neubarth
Winthrop Branch Manager
Jim began his banking career as a summer intern in 1989 while attending Mankato State University, where he earned a degree in finance in 1992. He joined Winthrop State Bank, now Perennial Bank, in 1997 and is involved in all areas of banking at the Winthrop branch, including lending, operations, and retirement accounts.
Active in the community, Jim is a retired member of the Winthrop Fire Department and has served on the boards of the Winthrop Chamber of Commerce and the Winthrop Area Foundation. He’s also a longtime volunteer for the Sibley County Fair and the Winthrop Farm/City Funfest. Jim is a member of Zion Lutheran Church, where he has served on various boards and committees.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings—still hoping to see that Super Bowl win someday.
